How it works

From template to signed document — automatically.

Each template is connected to your CRM data model. When a document needs to be produced — a client engagement letter, a proposal, a renewal pack — the relevant fields are pulled from the CRM record and merged into the template. Variable fields are resolved; conditional sections are included or excluded based on the client record.

Where a matter requires multiple documents — covering letter, schedules, terms — the entire pack is assembled in a single operation. The assembled documents are presented for review before anything is sent. A member of staff confirms each pack; the system then dispatches it via the configured channel: email attachment, secure client portal, or print-ready PDF.

Where e-signature is required, signature requests are sent automatically after dispatch approval and tracked to completion. Signed documents are returned to the matter record without manual handling. Reminder sequences for incomplete signatures are configurable per document type.

Every document produced is recorded in the audit trail: the template version used, the CRM data at the time of assembly, the recipient, the dispatch channel, and the timestamp. The record is append-only.
